We specialize in designing and manufacturing all kinds of baby clothing, underwear, sportswear, streetwear, etc., known for using organically grown bamboo and GOTS-certified materials, focusing on soft, safe, and eco-friendly options. We serve as a manufacturer and supplier for brand partners.
OUR PROCESS
Fabric Inspection
All fabrics will be inspected before bulk cutting, to make sure the fabric quality is good.
Cutting
Cutting the fabric as per the shape of the pattern after spreading.
Automatic Cutting
Using the automatic cutting machine for big quantities is more efficient and accurate
Heat transfer printing
Heat transfer printing is the best choice for baby clothes and underwear.
Sewing
We use the latest sewing machines and our workers are all skilled with more than five years.
Strict Quality Control
We implement robust quality control procedures throughout our production chain.
Ironing
Each piece will be ironed carefully and make sure all pieces are not wrinkled before packing.
Folded
All pieces will be folded to fit the carton boxes before packing them with biodegradable bags.
Needle Detectors
Each piece has to pass the needle inspection for safety.
